Everyone loves Kimchi Fried Rice. So we decided to change things up by making Kimchi Baked Rice, with delectable cheese slices and allowing them to melt and develop a nice brown crust. Certainly adds an oomph! We kept it simple, and let the ingredients shine for themselves. Feel free to turn things up a notch by using butter instead of olive oil, freshly shredded cheese and adding gochujang. Give it a try!
