      Do you use MSG?
      There is no added MSG in our products. Our products' umami flavours come naturally from our ingredients.

      Is your kimchi sour?
      Our kimchi is already fermented before we deliver it to you. It has a slight tartness and the general consensus of our customers is that it is not very sour. However, if you do prefer a mature kimchi flavour, you can leave it in the fridge to allow it to continue fermenting and it should be well aged after a month. Alternatively, you can leave it at room temperature in a cool place away from direct sunlight for 12-24 hours. Remember to keep an eye on it as fermentation builds up C02 in the container, so just open the cover slightly to "burp" it.

      Is it spicy?
      Except for Lee's Spicy Kimchi, our other products are considered mild-medium. However, it really depends on how well you can take spiciness.

       

      Are you products gluten-free?

      We make our kimchi with ingredients that do not contain any wheat products, with the exception of our Vegan Kimchi, which uses ingredients containing wheat. However, we do not use certified gluten-free products and therefore do not recommend our kimchi for people who require a strict gluten-free diet.

      How long can my kimchi keep?
      It can keep in the fridge for months, but trust us, it'll be difficult to resist finishing it that quickly! It has no set expiry date but it'll continue to ferment at a slower rate when chilled. We generally recommend that you consume your kimchi within a month of purchase if you prefer a less sour flavour profile.

       

      What should I look out for while storing my kimchi?

      Always keep your kimchi refrigerated below 4°C. Try to keep it at the back of your fridge and further from the door, as there may be large variance in temperature fluctuations from opening and closing the door. If you see a separation between the liquid and spices, just turn your tub both ways repeatedly until it comes together again. Make sure to use a clean utensil each time you take from the tub, and always keep the kimchi submerged in its own juices by lightly pressing down on it with a spoon.

      How is delivery arranged?
      After your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email to arrange a delivery time and date. Your order is typically delivered within 2-3 days depending on availability of stock and delivery slots. We will notify you accordingly through email, Whatsapp or Instagram message.


      How much does delivery cost?
      Delivery islandwide, except Sentosa, is free for all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged at $5 per delivery to your intended address.

       

      Do you accept other forms of payments besides PayLah! or PayNow?

      We currently only accept payments through these platforms at the moment.


      Is there a pick-up option available?
      We have two locations for pick-up at Sengkang/Choa Chu Kang. We provide this option as we understand that delivery is not an option for everyone.     Shipping Policy
    Lee's Kimchi ships only to Singapore addresses. We deliver perishable/temperature-sensitive items that are kept chilled to ensure optimal freshness. Please make sure there is someone to receive your order and that items received are stored in the refrigerator. Lee's Kimchi will not be liable for loss in product quality or spoilage due to poor storage conditions.
    
    Refund Policy
    All items sold are not refundable. If you have a question or issue about the quality of the item you bought, contact lees.kimchi.sg@gmail.com stating your order number and issue, and we will get right back to you.

    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from leeskimchi.com (the “Site”).
    
    Personal information we collect
